Ozon Labs Memerを契約したいのですが、契約までどのような流れですか？

より質の良い情報提供と環境を提供するためにサービスを契約時に担当スタッフが配置されます。なので契約時に原則は軽いヒアリング等をオンラインで行います。申し込みの申請は下記リンクからでき、概ね24時間以内に担当スタッフより連絡します。

Ozon Labsに会員登録をしたいです。

サイドメニューの下部にある「新規登録」ボタンから会員登録ができます。現在、GoogleとGitHubのソーシャルログインに対応しており、今後拡充予定です。

ログインのパスワードを変更したいです。

Ozon Labsでは安心してご利用いただくために、本サービスでパスワードを取り扱わないソーシャルログインをログイン方法に全面的に採用しています。お使いのログイン方法に応じたプロバイダー（Googleなど）のアカウントのパスワードを変更してください。

Ozon Labsは個人でも会員登録可能ですか？

個人の方でも会員登録は可能です。会員登録を行うことで、一般公開向けのレポートを閲覧することができます。有料会員は法人様向けのみに現在は提供しております。

Ozon Labsのレポートが閲覧できません。

一般公開レポートではなく、Ozon Labs Member限定の有料レポートの可能性があります。限定レポートで権限がない場合は、その旨レポート下部に表示されます。

仮にMember契約済みにも関わらずレポートが閲覧できない場合は、登録メールアドレスを入力の上[**サポート**](https://notionforms.io/forms/ozon-labs-support)までご連絡ください。
